Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to events@uta.org. No penalty fee occurs if the cancellation is received one month or more prior to the event start date. Cancellations received less than one month but more than three weeks will have a $100 penalty fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than three weeks prior to the event.
