KC Golf Event Sponsorships

  SPONSORSHIP DEADLINE HAS PASSED  
to have your logo on signs.

If you SPONSOR after June 10 your logo will still be in emails,
on this website, and on social media posts.


This UTA event and the Scholarship Foundation would not be possible without our sponsors. All sponsor logos will be on posters at reception and course, on the sponsor banner, and the UTA website and social media.

Sponsorships are on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Only sponsors may give away branded products at the course. 
  • Water may be handed out, but must be purchased through the course.
  • No alcohol giveaways except for Drink Cart and Drink Tent sponsors and must be purchased through golf course

Reception Cocktail Bar  – $1000

Drink Tickets  –  $1000 each  reserved

THURSDAY GOLF SCRAMBLE

Drink Tickets  –  $1000

Breakfast  –  $1000

Lunch  –  $1000

Prizes: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Teams  –  $800

Golf Towels –  $1500 reserved 
Golf Balls – $800 reserved

Banner at Course – $800 reserved

Beverage Tents – $1500 each reserved

Golf Carts  –  $1500 (logo on signs in each cart) reserved

Beverage Carts  –  $2000 each  reserved


HOLES: Greens and Tees sold separately  –  $350 each

  • May sponsor multiple holes. 
  • Logo on sign at the tee or green 
  • No tents allowed. No sitting at tee.
  • No alcohol may be handed out. Water may be given out but MUST be purchased through golf course.
  • Branded giveaways allowed, but not at tee/green. 


HOLE CONTESTS — $2000 each SOLD OUT

Hole-In-One (Hole #6) reserved
Longest Drive (Hole #9)  for men & women reserved
 Closest-to-the-Pin (Hole #10)  for men & women reserved

  • Sole sponsor of tee and green
  • May have a 10x10 tent and representatives at contest hole
  • Responsible for keeping track of contest winner and give results to the Pro Shop. 
  • Responsible for all prizes and any insurance if necessary. 
  • May not hand out any food or alcohol. May provide water as long as it is purchased from Staley Farm.
  • May handout branded items at tent.
