Terms of Usage:

• Only active UTA members and partners are permitted to display the UTA logo in their advertising and at their place of business.

• The UTA logo used by a member or partner in any advertising must have the words “Member” written immediately below the UTA logo.

• Upon request, the UTA will provide any active UTA member and partner with official UTA artwork via electronic or regular mail.

• Approved UTA artwork may be downloaded from the UTA website only by active members and partners.

• The UTA logo must be printed only in its true colors of Blue and White, or in Black (for Blue) and White. No other color combinations are permitted.

• The UTA logo colors may not be reversed in any communication or advertising medium.

• The UTA logo may not be altered in any way, nor may any words or graphics be printed or displayed on top of the logo.

• Other than the word “Member,” the UTA logo must have a minimum of one half (1/2) inch of open space surrounding the logo.

• UTA program partners may not communicate in any way or in any media that the UTA endorses or recommends the use of the program partner’s products or services.
